W Bistro

I joined my lunch time with my husband and also with our friend Mr. Slezak.
He gave us some information about new restaurant in down town Daejeon area.

I was surprise that i had a nice and delicious food for my lunch.

Especially the Chef is amazing and very friendly.

I had Calamari and tomato fried rice with my drink lemonade. Steven and Mr. Slezak ordered Saute Salmon and Risotto.

I think my culinary traveling will begin anew.

Samgyetang (삼계탕) "Ginseng Chicken Soup)

I tried this food one time before. It was in Myeongdong, Seoul.
I heard about this food from my dad, because He said to me try "Samgyetang". He said its good taste also good for health especially when winter time.

But as my research in wikipedia, It said traditionally served in the summer time for nutrient. But I think its good too in the winter time to eat Samgyetang.

Samgyetang is the chicken soup, a whole young chicken is stuffed with glutinous rice and boiled in a broth of Korean ginseng, dried seeded jujube fruits, garlic, and ginger.

Its really good taste. The price its about 10,000 won per serving.

Donkaseu (돈가스) "Pork Cutlet"

This food similar like Katsu from Japan "Tonkatsu". Its made from pork and with sweet sauce.

Its pretty common in South Korea. We can find this food in any kimbap restaurant. The price of one meal between 4500 - 8000 won depend what in it and the restaurant too of course.

Sometime we can choose Donkaseu with cheese in the middle of the meat.
It serves with rice, salad and they will give you a free miso soup sometime.

Jajangmyeon ( 자장면) and Tangsuyuk (탕수육)

Both of them are Korean Chinese food. Its really fantastic taste. I love it.

Jajangmyeon (자장면) is a noodle with a salty black soy bean paste, diced meat, and vegetables.
Price: 5000 won

Tangsuyuk (탕수육) is a sweet and sour pork.
Price: 6000 won (small size, so its depend of the plate size)

We can find these kind of food only in Korean Chinese restaurant.

Rapoki

Rapoki its a Korean noodles (Ramen) with a spicy sauce, rice cake, fish cake, boil egg and also they put several things sometime like sesame seeds and cabbage.

Its really yummy and spicy. Its not really expensive, Its about 3000 won or its about CAD $2.7.

We can find in some small and cozy restaurant.

This is one of favorite food too.

My Acer Aspire One

Before I have a trouble with my first laptop, my husband dropped my first laptop at the airport. For me its a small laptop and it easy for me to bring for traveling.

I used my 1st laptop for 3 years "its broke now" and I realize that I need a laptop everywhere so I can use for check my email etc. The truth I am fall in love with a small laptop that many computer company produce.

But I already fall in love with Acer Aspire One when the 1st time I looked at it. Its really help me to mobile every where without feeling tired to carry it and i can use it like other laptop beside its not expensive.
